Hotel Kaiserhof Wien - Vienna

Great breakfast and spacious room, but slow Wi-Fi connection was frustrating.

The location is very good, because it is about 180 m from the tram 1 stop which runs in the ring and about 400 m from the traffic junction Karlsplatz. Breakfast. Still, it's very quiet.

It has relatively few sockets.

This is the third time I have been a guest in this fine hotel. The hotel meets all the requirements for a feel-good hotel: friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast, super comfortable mattresses, overall clean and well-equipped rooms and a top location (quiet yet within walking distance of many attractions).

Clean, beautiful room, modern and newly furnished. A sensational breakfast buffet, with everything you can imagine. A very dedicated and polite staff.

At check-in, the customer was asked for a credit card. Without saying anything and without getting an invoice, the room was charged to the credit card. The next day when checking out, it was reported that the room was already paid for. I received the invoice on my request. This could be better communicated.

Very good breakfast with courteous staff, wide choice and in a pleasant atmosphere. Room was also great, clean and in very good condition. WiFi worked fine. Staff at the reception very helpful.

The Location was easily within walking distance to all the sights but far enough away from the crowds, The staff were very professional and friendly.

Amazing stay with friendly staff!

The folks at the front desk were super cute and even upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was off the charts with tons of fresh options. The bar had a cozy vibe after a day out. Only thing was the soundproofing could be better. We heard some noise from the hallway.

This hotel was perfect for us. Located a mere 10 min walk from everything but on a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spotless , the beds extremely comfortable, the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was exceptional from the staff to the room, good bed and airy room. The best part of our very pleasant stay was the nice hot and extraordinary breakfast with fruits, cakes and original touches like honey from the honeycomb. Location: the hotel was not far from the fort of arranging a birthday cake, Close to the Underground and the major museums and tourist spots.

Really good breakfast buffet - something for everyone. Excellent staff especially ladies on reception. 10 min walk to main centre of Vienna

Large, quiet room (superior double room), excellent bed, nice breakfast, kindness of staff, children-friendly hotel (high chairs, good child bed, little games offered, etc)

The restaurant menu, even for a snack, is limited and the quality is just average. Wine was good though. But it's just a minor detail.

The breakfast and comfort of the beds were fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
